MaryAnn Howard
PT, DPT
Dr. MaryAnn Howard is a dedicated and experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy who has been delivering patient-centered care since earning her DPT from Central Michigan University in 2009. With a strong foundation in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation, Dr. Howard combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, individualized approach to help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence.
She holds advanced certification in Integrative Dry Needling and has completed extensive training in manual therapy for the spine, sacroiliac joint, shoulder, hip, and other key regions. In addition, Dr. Howard has pursued specialized training in vestibular rehabilitation, with a clinical passion for gait and balance training across a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Howard is deeply committed to shaping the future of the profession. She has served as a Clinical Instructor and Center Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCCE) since 2014, mentoring and training dozens of physical therapy students from various academic programs and levels. Her dedication to education ensures that the next generation of therapists enters the field with excellence, empathy, and strong clinical judgment.
